This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Discloser Terms of Use. The terms “Discloser,” “we,” and “us” include Discloser Ltd. and our affiliates and subsidiaries. The Privacy Policy explains how Discloser may collect, use, and disclose information we obtain through the “Service.” The Service is intended to facilitate the creation of publicly available information and content. Therefore, you should consider all the information and content you submit through the Service to be publicly available.
“Personal Information” can be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you.
“Personal Information” means information that alone or when in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you, such as: name, address, email address, or phone number. We do not consider Personal Information to include information that has been anonymised so that it does not allow a third party to easily identify a specific individual.
THE SERVICE COLLECTS YOUR INFORMATION
We collect Personal Information when you:

- login with social media credentials;
We also collect information, such as anonymous usage statistics, by using cookies, server logs, and other similar technology as you use the Service.
Registration and Account Information. You may register to use the Service. If you choose not to register using your social media credentials, or Google credentials, you may be able to register directly with the Service. To register, you will need to provide Personal Information, such as your name, email address, and telephone number. You may also provide other optional information, such as a profile photograph, biographical information, city, state, and age. When signing in with Google credentials, we only store the following Google user Data: name, email, and profile photo.
Social Connect. When you choose to connect your social media account to your Service profile, we collect Personal Information from that social media website. For example, when you connect your Twitter account, we may collect the Personal Information you have made available in Twitter, such as your name, profile photograph, email address, telephone number, biographical information, location, and age. We may also obtain other non-public information from social media websites with your permission.
Using the Service. We collect information you provide through the Service. For example, when you post videos, post comments, and upload content, the Service will collect the information you provide in such submissions, including any Personal Information.
Referrals. A user may submit Personal Information, such as an email address, about others to us so that the user can recommend the Service or an item available on the Service to them. We use the information to send a communication to the individual and then delete the information. The recipient of an invitation to use the Service may see your name and email address as the referrer.
Customer Support. We may collect Personal Information through your communications with our customer support team.
Cookies, Automatic Data Collection, and Related Technologies. The Service collects and stores information that is generated automatically as you use it, including your preferences and anonymous usage statistics. A user may request that User Data be deleted from our systems at any time, and our policy is to delete User Data within 72 hours after such request.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of users who will view and use the posted information.
Social Networking and Other Websites. The Service may allow you and other users to share information, including Personal Information, with social networking websites, such as Facebook. By posting information, including Personal Information, on the Service, you agree that it may be posted broadly on social networking websites and elsewhere on the Internet. The social networks use of the information and content they receive will be governed by their privacy policies, and you may be able to modify your privacy settings on their websites.
Search Engines. Personal Information and content posted to the Service may be accessible via search engines or similar services.

Legal and Similar Disclosures. Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We will take steps to delete it if we learn we have collected it.
We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of the Service is directed to children under the age of 13. If you learn that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, you may alert us at hello@getdiscloser.com. If we learn that we have collected any personal information from children under 13, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
INTERNATIONAL USERS
By using the Service, you will transfer data to Germany.
If you are visiting from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, please note that you are agreeing to the transfer of your information to Germany and processing globally. By providing your information you consent to any transfer and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
